Narrative

On July 9, 2019, a maintenance technician was replacing the plastic wrap at the pin and arm of a baler machine when the arm moved toward him causing him to be caught between the arm and door of the baler. He sustained two rib fractures and a contusion to the kidney and was hospitalized.
