Narrative

An employee was operating a tractor with a bush clearing device attached to the rear to mow along the pipeline. While descending a steep grade, the tractor slipped, turned sideways, and then rolled over. The employee sustained multiple fractured ribs, collapsed lungs, and lacerations to the head and elbow.
