Narrative

A block of cheese was transferring from the brine area to the packaging area on the metal mesh transfer conveyor. An employee was straightening the block of cheese when his finger got caught in the metal mesh belt. When the employee pulled his hand free, the pad of the employee's left index finger was amputated.
