Narrative

An employee was on a ladder, using a saw to trim back low branches from a tree on a golf course. The ladder shifted against the tree and he fell about 5 feet to the grass below. He suffered fractures to his hip, collarbone, and some ribs, as well as a punctured lung and a torn carotid artery.
