Narrative

On July 22, 2019, a controls technician was working on a rewiring job. He was pulling the top off a box containing equipment parts. As the top came off, he jerked backwards and went over the railing of the walkway he was standing on. He fell 14 feet, hit a wire reel, and struck his head on the floor. He was hospitalized and had surgery for severe head injuries.
