Narrative

On August 7, 2019, employees were diagnosing a malfunctioning grease pump that is used to grease truck joints and moving parts. When the injured employee lifted the pump, the cylinder located inside the pump fell and lacerated the employee's left ring finger which later resulted in amputation of the fingertip.
