Narrative

On August 12, 2019, at 2:00 PM, an employee was carrying an electrical panel (86 inches long, 44 inches wide, 9 inches deep, and 72 pounds) with a co-worker. The electrical panel slipped out of his hands, causing a laceration to his right arm near the elbow. He was hospitalized.
