Narrative

While working in the baggage area under a terminal, an employee was helping to guide a tractor in next to the baggage belt. As the tractor and first cart passed her and turned away from the baggage belt, the second container hit the back of the employee's right hand, which was on a bollard between the carts and the employee. The employee suffered a broken right hand.
