Narrative

On August 18, 2019, an employee was standing on an exterior top plate setting trusses when the employee fell approximately 16.5 feet off the top plate and onto a saw horse and the ground. The employee suffered a fractured leg and jaw. Fall protection was not worn at the time of the incident.
