Narrative

On August 19, 2019, an employee was preparing to trim a tree. The employee climbed a ladder and buckled into a tree limb when the limb snapped, causing the employee to fall approximately 15 feet to the ground below. The employee was hospitalized with broken ribs and a fractured spine.
