Narrative

An employee walked over to help support a bin of clothing that was on the rear lift of a box truck. The operator started to lower the bin to ground level when it fell off and struck the employee. The employee was knocked backwards and fell, striking her head on the concrete and suffering a possible brain hemorrhage.
