Narrative

An employee was delivering supplies at a construction job site. As a customer was taking rebar from the back of the employee's trailer, the rebar began falling off of the trailer. It struck the employee's right leg and landed on his ankle and foot, breaking two bones in the foot. The employee was hospitalized.
