Narrative

An employee was measuring a ductile iron pipe with another employee. The pipe was on the ground on top of 2x4's and was previously cut at one end, which was sharp. When they tried to move the pipe, it rolled, pinning the employee against the tire of a loader and lacerating his right knee. He was hospitalized.
