Narrative

A maintenance employee was operating a powered piece of equipment to clear a drain in a concrete floor when the glove on the employee's left hand became caught in the equipment's cable. The employee's left hand was then pulled into the apparatus in the drain, resulting in a partial left ring finger amputation.
