Narrative

An employee was stocking drywall and using a cart to move the drywall. The ground was uneven, and the drywall cart became stuck (15 sheets of 4x12) and fell over. The employee tried to get out of the way, but the cart pinned him against a beam and hit him on the upper thigh, breaking his left leg.
