Narrative

On 9/12/2019, at approximately 11:30 AM, an employee was carrying a piece of drywall from a stock pile to hand to an installer on a scissor lift. As the installer was lowering the lift, the employee's right ring finger was pinched and crushed between the lift and the piece of drywall, resulting in a finger amputation.
