Narrative

An employee was moving a water box (weighing 160 pounds) and trying to adjust it on a pallet to get it ready for shipping. The injured employee was on the other side of the box trying to move it when her left index finger was caught in between the edge of the water box and the plank on the pallet, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
