Narrative

On October 4, 2019, an employee was pulling mufflers from a trailer parked against the loading dock and then stepped onto a 55-gallon drum filled with concrete to hand a muffler to a customer. The employee tripped and fell approximately 42 inches to the concrete driveway. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured eye socket, sprained wrist, twisted knee, and brain bleed.
