Narrative

On October 7, 2019, around 1:30 p.m., an employee was nailing a bridging on a truss from a manlift at approximately 12 feet from the ground. The truss slipped and struck the manlift, causing him to fall to the concrete floor. He was hospitalized with a dislocated hip and a facial contusion.
