Narrative

An employee was trying to unstick a conveyor belt. He gripped the conveyor belt with his right hand and pulled on it to get it to move again. His right thumb was still underneath the belt as it began to move. The moving belt pulled the skin off his thumb to the bone, causing a partial right thumb amputation.
