Narrative

An employee was helping to unload near-empty wire-duct spools (2 feet tall, 200-300 pounds) off a trailer bed that was about 2 feet off the ground. The last spool rolled over from the trailer and one side fell on the employee, who suffered a fractured vertebra and was hospitalized.
