Narrative

A Kinder Morgan employee accessed the top of a truck during a loading operation. When he opened the dome lid, alkylate pressure released and propelled him onto the truck rack roof, then to the ground below. He suffered multiple fractures and a torn artery in the skull, requiring hospitalization.
