Narrative

An employee was on top of a tanker truck using a tape measure to check the depth of the waste blood being pumped into the tanker. He was later found unresponsive laying near the open hatch of the truck with his right arm and head in the access hole on top of the tanker truck. He also had a cut on his forehead and suffered possible exposure to hydrogen sulfide.
