Narrative

Two employees were transferring pre-cast concrete using a 7-ton overhead crane. The wire rope broke and the hoist block fell onto the employees. Employee 1 had two toes amputated from the left foot. Employee 2 suffered crushing injuries to both legs resulting in amputation of both legs.
