Narrative

An employee was operating a yard horse and was exiting the cab onto the platform of the yard horse when their safety boot got stuck on the platform grating causing the employee to fall approximately 42 inches from the platform onto the pavement. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right elbow and vertigo.
