Narrative

An employee was on an 8-foot step ladder wiring an LED light fixture when the employee received an electric shock and fell approximately 6 feet to the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a head contusion, a hematoma to the posterior head with a small abrasion, a thoracic spine compression fracture, blistering to the right index finger, and an avulsion to the left index finger.
