Narrative

An employee was disconnecting a 2-inch coupler on a steam line to remove a clog. The coupler had been loosened an hour earlier to release pressure. The employee loosened the coupler further to perform the maintenance and was hit with steam on the right arm and back. He suffered second-degree burns.
