Narrative

On November 14, 2019, an employee was using a nail gun to conduct roofing activities when he put the nail gun down and went to get more shingles. When he picked up the nail gun, he accidentally hit the trigger and a nail shot into his leg. He was hospitalized with a puncture wound to his leg.
