Narrative

At about 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. on November 15, 2019, an employee was doing a repair on a building while on an A-frame ladder, about 2.5 feet from the ground. He fell to the concrete floor, suffering a skull fracture, broken ribs, and a dislocated right shoulder, and was hospitalized.
