Narrative

An employee had unloaded the table of the surface grinder. The grinder was in the stop position as the employee used a hose and a rag to wipe the table for cleaning purposes. The employee's left hand went under the grinder's wheel. The employee sustained amputations to her left middle fingertip, and index finger.
