Narrative

A range safety officer was observing a customer at a shooting range who was shooting a handgun when a hot shell casing flew down the customer's shirt, startling her. She stepped back from the firing line, turned towards the range safety officer, squeezed the trigger, and unintentionally shot the range safety officer in the leg. The right leg of the range safety officer was amputated.
