Narrative

On November 29, 2019 at 1:15 p.m., an employee was working in the stairway between the 3rd and 2nd floors to de-gloss a handrail. While he was repositioning himself, he lost his balance and fell down the stairs, suffering a 1-inch laceration to the top of his head.
