Cuts, lacerations

On December 6, 2019, a truck had been backed into a parking space close to a cinderblock wall, next to a loading dock. One of its loading doors was open. An employee was standing next to the truck, waiting for the driver to pull out to give the door enough clearance from the cinderblock wall to be closed. The door began to swing back toward the cinderblock wall as the driver began to pull out. As the employee tried to keep the door from striking the wall, the employee's upper right forearm got caught between the door and the wall. The employee suffered a laceration of the right upper arm.
