Narrative

An employee was moving feed in the feed building. It was cold and rainy, so the employee went over to a propane heater mounted on a 30 lb. tank inside the feed building to warm up. The employee was standing near the heater when his jacket caught on fire, causing third degree burns on his back that required hospitalization.
