Narrative

An employee was getting ready to pull parts from an oven with an electric cart dolly. He was reversing the electric cart dolly in high gear toward the oven when the handle bar of the cart dolly pinned his hand against the oven door. He suffered a hand injury, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
