Narrative

An employee of Andino's Landscape was working on bar countertop trim using a 7.5-inch circular saw. He was cutting a piece of trim on a balcony. The sawblade made contact with the guardrail, causing the saw to kick back and contact the employee's left index finger. The finger was amputated.
