An employee was investigating a smell behind the office. She entered the 6-foot high wooden fenced-in area when the self-locking gate proceeded to lock behind her. After several attempted calls for help, she proceeded to climb the fence and jumped down on the parking lot side. She landed awkwardly, fracturing the tibia and fibula in her left leg
