Narrative

An employee climbed an extension ladder with a 5-gallon bucket and was traversing from the ladder onto the roof when the employee's hand slipped while reaching for an upper rung. The employee lost hold and fell 18 feet to a lower roof, suffering fractures and a punctured lung.
