An employee was assembling warehouse storage racks/shelving when a PIT struck and knocked over three 4-foot-wide by 30-foot-long upright racks that were laying parallel to the floor in the staging area. The uprights struck the employee, who suffered a fractured hip and three fractures in his back. He was hospitalized.
