Narrative

On January 20, 2020, at approximately 3:45 PM, an employee was driving a golf cart around a curve when the cart started to tip. The employee put her leg out to steady the cart when it tipped to the side and her leg was caught between the cart and the ground. She suffered a right ankle fracture.
