Narrative

An employee was attempting to loosen a strap that was on a trailer loaded with PVC pipe. As he began to loosen the fourth strap, a bundle of PVC pipes fell and struck him on the head, rendering him unconscious. He sustained multiple fractures to the cervical spine.
