Narrative

An employee was working from a ladder while attempting to install a clamp and hoist onto a metal boot (industrial plow) when the boot shifted, knocking the ladder away and causing the employee to fall approximately 10 feet to the ground below. The employee suffered 7 broken ribs, a lacerated kidney, and internal bleeding.
