Narrative

A longshoreman was unloading I-beams off a cargo ship. The beams were secured with a lashing system composed of wooden 4-by-4s and cables. While the cables were being loosened, a 4-by-4 sprung loose and struck the employee on the hardhat, causing a head injury.
