Narrative

At about 8:00 a.m. on February 3, 2020, an employee was cutting a 2-by-4 with a circular saw. The saw hit a knot, jumped, and struck the employee. It partially amputated his left thumb (below the nail) and lacerated his left index and middle fingers.
