An employee was building an electrical rack (support rack) with an 8' by 20' steel plate (2,200 lbs.). The employee was helping to hold the plate vertically while a forklift driver was trying to turn it over when the forklift bumped the steel plate, causing it to fall on top of the employee's legs. The employee suffered a broken right tibia, fibula, and femur.
