Narrative

An employee was working on an extruder when he went into the winder to re-thread the sheet. He asked his helper to position the turret forward to gain access to the sheet roll. When the helper rotated the turret, the employee was caught between the idle roller and the pull roll guard. The injured employee sustained fractured ribs.
