Narrative

A maintenance employee was troubleshooting a tool-changer on a horizontal mill. The tool changer cycled while the employee was inside the machine, striking the employee in the chest. The employee suffered a fractured sternum, two fractured ribs, and small fractures to two bones on the spine. The employee was hospitalized.
