Narrative

An employee was standing on the tail end of a trailer, taking boxes off a scissor lift that was against the trailer. The scissor lift moved and the employee fell about 5 feet to the ground between the end of the trailer and the lift. The employee suffered a head contusion, a lacerated right leg, and a broken right arm.
