Narrative

An employee was on-site (outside) working on a forklift battery. He was burning a negative cable on the battery. When he finished, he pushed the battery back into the forklift. He noticed that the battery was on an incline and it was slowly moving. He grabbed the battery and his right index finger was pinched by the battery causing injury to the finger.
