Narrative

An employee was in a bucket truck's bucket. The upper boom caught between branches; while the booms were being moved, a branch broke, causing the upper boom to spring side to side. The employee fell out of the bucket and was caught by his full-body harness after falling 2 feet. He suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
